Supporting your child starts with supporting yourself.
Join Us for Gentle Yoga
Saturday August 8th
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Eastern Time Zone
A gentle, virtual yoga session created for CHD families and the healthcare professionals who care for them.
Beginner Friendly • Free to Attend • Recording Included
Gentle movement at your own pace. No yoga experience needed
Somewhere along the way…
You became the appointment scheduler.
The medication organizer.
The insurance expert.
The overnight hospital roommate.
The advocate.
The caregiver.
Somewhere in the middle of caring for everyone else...
you forgot to care for yourself.
A Place to Exhale
Imagine having one hour that's just for you.
A place where the hospital alarms are quiet.
The endless to-do list can wait.
And for a little while, you're reminded that you're more than your child's caregiver.
Our wellness experiences are designed to help you leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded than when you arrived.
Not because your circumstances changed—
but because you had the chance to breathe again.
Whether it's gentle movement, guided relaxation, or simply sharing space with parents who understand, we hope every session leaves you feeling a little more restored.
