Absolutely. We welcome referrals from hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals who believe a family could benefit from additional emotional support, community connection, or resource navigation. Families can connect with us at any point in their journey—from diagnosis through adulthood.

No. Linked by Love does not replace medical care, mental health services, or professional counseling. Our role is to provide trauma-informed emotional support, peer connection, education, and guidance to trusted community resources while encouraging families to continue working closely with their healthcare team.
