What to Expect
Virtual Connection is a welcoming place to connect with other heart moms who understand the realities of the CHD journey. There is no pressure to have the right words or share before you are ready. Come to talk, listen, ask questions or simply spend time with people who understand.

Come exactly as you are. Cameras are optional, and you are never required to share.

How to Participate
Virtual Connection Heart to Heart is free and available through our private Heart Family Community. Current members can sign in to access the Google Meet link. New families can complete a short request for free Heart Family Access.
